Batteries are too short

These batteries are not what I expected. It never occurred to me to check the length of them since I thought batteries come in the standard battery length. I can't use these batteries since they're about half as long as what I need for my solar lantern.

Heads-up: Check the length of batteries from this company before ordering them.
